Charter treats everyone that walks in the door like family. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly loves the residents. There are activities all day long, the food is fantastic, they have a library, hair salon and a bus to go to the casino, stores… It is a relief to know my mom is being loved, cared for, and watched over by a dedicated staff. She always says how all the staff is so nice. I would highly recommend Charter for your loved one.

We absolutely love this place!! Our family has 2 members at this facility. The staff is Amazing!! Very welcoming. I’m very happy we decided to have our loved ones live here. I can rest at night knowing that our loved ones will be taken care of. I would highly recommend this place.

The team at Charter in Kenosha is amazing. They are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Our family has felt so special since the awesome little ‘red carpet’ welcome they received when they moved in. The management and employees always make you feel so at home. And a huge bonus was being able to keep our pet! They are a big part of our family!

I cannot say enough positive things about Charter. Laneesha, Roxanne, Emily, Katrina, and many others made my mother so welcome here. They provide kind, caring, and compassionate care. My brother and I agree this was by far, the best place for our mom. She made friends, was able to socialize, participated in many of the activities offered, even going on a couple of the resident outings. If mom needed assistance, there was no hesitation by the wonderful staff. They were always so helpful. Unfortunately we had to place our mother in hospice. Everyone at Charter was at the ready to make our mom as comfortable as possible, helped arrange everything. The compassion these folks have for their residents is unwavering. I would recommend Charter to anyone. If you want your loved one to be truly cared for, look no further…you’ve found home.

This place was wonderful. We choice this place for my 86 year old Aunt because of the location and the layout. It is on beautiful grounds, there are many apartment styles to choose from, daily activities and a real sense of community. The staff was great, patient, kind and very accommodating. The entire place inside and out is very clean. I loved all the amenities that are available; even their own bus to transport their citizens to appointments and go on outings. It really was top notch!
