After visiting several different communities, my uncle moved here and I am so glad! I love with the community and Executive Director here. Angel is absolutely amazing and the spirit of the entire community is upbeat - they were actually doing tutu Tuesday today. God bless this team!

My mom with Alzheimer's needed more care than we could provide. She was having a lot more bad days than good, so we moved her to Charter's Memory Care. It's exactly what she needs. In addition to being safe and well cared for by people who treat her like family, the daily routine and enjoying activities with others who have similar needs is comforting for her. She doesn't always remember what she's done, but she always remembers how she feels. She feels good. Thank you to the entire team at Charter for helping my mom enjoy more good days.

I want to thank the entire team at Charter Senior Living for the amazing care that they gave my father when he was there. Everyone was so attentive and made sure that my dad's stay was as comfortable as possible. He made great friends there, ate delicious food, and had fun at all the activities. He has returned home, but if he ever needs to go back to a care facility, this is where I would bring him. If you want a place that's going to take the greatest care of your loved one, Charter Senior Living is it.

I am truly grateful that my mom is at Charter Newport News, a place where she receives the care and love she deserves. After coming from a facility that couldn't provide the same level of support, the difference has been astonishing. Jennifer exemplifies devotion and dedication, passionately caring for both residents and family members. The nursing staff consistently provides exceptional support, treating everyone like family.

Charter Senior Living is a great community with great leadership, Angel cares deeply about her residents, community and staff. From Chef Eric preparing culinary delights to housekeeping, you can tell they truly love what they do and I can tell you from experience, it’s hard work but to them it’s what families do for each other. They are a great value and a gem, go see Angel and the rest of her family :)
