My mom spent 5 weeks in the skilled nursing unit and received excellent care. The entire staff always went above and beyond for my mom and us. I would recommend Chateau to anyone that needs skilled nursing care.

This place is not just a building. It is filled with an amazing team that are now my family. My mom was here last year and again last month. I will not choose another facility to care for my mom but Chateau De Notare Dame 2832 Burdette St. They provide around the clock care, cleanliness, fun activities for your family member(s) ex. Catholic Mass, bingo, along with arts and craft, just to name a few. In addition; transportation is provided to and from the doctor, along with a staff person to attend if need be for your family member. There physical therapy team is amazing and consistent. Chateau also host fun celebrations for you to attend as well. Both you and your family member are in good hands here at Chateau. As I conclude, a very special thank you goes out to Lavenia, Tara, Courtney, Tarell, Tee, KK, Paula, Kyle, Karen & Kitchen Staff. If you are looking for your family member to not only be cared for but loved on each and everyday, here is your comfort place. Choose Chateau because they are there for you.

The staff was awesome. My sister Diedra had a back surgery and the staff handled her with care. Ms. Courtney, Mr. Tyrell runs a tight shift with the best team of nurses, CNA's, & Therapist. I believe the entire center deserves a raise 😆. But to everyone keep up the good work bcs God sits high and you guys are the BEST. Thank you so much from my heart.

Of course, when it comes to your loved one you want the VERY best care for them. Being that it was our loved one first time entering as a rehab patient at this location, the unknown was very scary for us. But I can say from day one to the last day (20 days) the 2nd Floor Nurses literally showed up and showed out! These nurses not only work the 2nd fl; they work the 1st fl, as well. From admission (Mrs. Courtney & Social Worker) / The Front Desk staff (2 - beautiful knowledgeable ladies and 1 - male who was very polite at all times.) the Cafeteria staff (that provided breakfast and lunch daily - food was very good - no hospital tasting food either) The cleaning staff (showed up; daily) Also, let's not forget our loved ones can get their hair washed on-site at the beauty salon and last but not at all the least -THE REHAB DEPT. (they do not work on the weekends but that's ok because the patient needs those two days off for resting- It's the patients' choice to participate in rehab. They are not forced to do it but they are encouraged to join in on all of the fun. While in rehab there are group sessions and rotation taking place Monday to Friday. So yes, there's rehab going on at the Chateau! And if your loved one is a Saints fan.... they will definitely have a front row seat at this location to cheer as if they're at the game. It's like being at home with family at The Chateau de Notre Dame!

Chateau De Notre Dame Community Care, what a great experience my family received. My mother enter the facility on Monday September 15, the staff was pleasant and did what ever they could to make my mother comfortable. The entire week she stayed there, someone was always there to help her and assist with her needs. The facility was clean and the meals were great. I would like to thank the entire staff that was on duty. Thank to Courtney for checking on my mother. This was a great place.
