Chateau Woodlands/Tender Hearts has provided care for my loved one for the past year. He is very comfortable there and its small census helps to insure that he is not lost or neglected in an understaffed facility. Corey, Keta and their staff are kind and. thorough in the care that they provide. They are on top of any health or medical situation that arises, the meals are good and the facility is always clean. My loved one feels that he lives amongst friends and gets the care he needs

The facility residents tested positive for covid the poor residents are now in hospital. Don't put your family here just one of many issues.

Chateau Woodlands-Tender Hearts has been such a blessing to me and my brothers. We have had my mother living there for three years now and the care for her has been very good. The care givers are friendly and attentive and the director, a Registered Nurse, is very hands-on and attentive with the patients as well. The atmosphere is very relaxed and "homey." The residents have a friendly dynamic between them and are very welcoming to newcomers. My mother considers Tender Hearts her home.
