CHENEY GOLDEN AGE HOME PLUS

We have had 3 parents at the same time at the Main Street villa over the last 5 1/4 years. Excellent care—our folks were happy every time we saw them. Staff would call us if they needed anything or any med changes were made. They became like family and showed their concern for our parents. Our last parent recently passed and we had over 9 staff that made a special effort and came to our mom’s funeral. They gave our parents respect and dignity and love. I definitely recommend Cheney for your loved ones.

I picked up with agency here and the facility failed to tell the agency they had covid. The staff was so rude I asked what hall I was on so I could get report and they was like just walk around and answer call lights okay but then I asked how to transfer patients and who needed assistance with check and changes they just walked off and left me with no report no information on patients nothing.

My father in law was there for 6 weeks after leaving the hospital for a UTI. He also has Alzheimer’s. Staff said yes we can deal with someone with Alzheimer’s. NO they cannot! Please save yourself a lot of stress and phone calls if you have a loved one with this disease. Find another facility that deals with Alzheimer’s patients.

Wonderful care home, the staff is absolutely amazing and they work so hard to ensure the comfort of every resident in their care.

They took great care of my mother-in-law communication was very good as was the care.
