If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not rent at Cherry Hill Manor. The staff treats you well only until you sign the lease—after that, their attitude completely changes, especially the lady named Hunter. I had a terrible experience. Six months after I moved in, new tenants moved into the apartment below mine. They constantly smoked weed, played loud music at night, damaged the building entrance, had sex in their car while parked in handicapped spaces next to the sidewalk, and did all kinds of inappropriate and disruptive things. I recorded and documented everything. Every time I complained, management claimed they would talk to them. Sometimes someone from the leasing office would come to check and say they couldn’t smell anything. One time the manager came, said he smelled nothing, and then started yelling at me, telling me to stop complaining and that I was free to leave if I didn’t like it. Instead of dealing with the tenants causing the problem, they chose to push out a good tenant who took care of his apartment. After my lease ended, I switched to month-to-month so I wouldn’t be stuck there another year. The weed smell continued and so did my complaints. Finally—eight months after those neighbors moved in—the same manager came and suddenly “smelled” the weed (probably because he smokes too). Only then did they take action, and the neighbors stopped. So for eight months I had to live with awful neighbors while management ignored the situation. In conclusion: if you smoke weed, this is the perfect place for you. If you’re a clean, respectful person who doesn’t smoke, think twice. Don’t be fooled by the friendly faces when you first visit. To make matters worse, I had to wait two months to get my security deposit back. I called multiple times, and every time they told me to “give it another week.” Overall, a bad experience from start to finish.

I would give Cherry Hill Manor Apartments zero stars if I could. They lie to people about this being a non-smoking building. In reality, people smoke everywhere in the building all the time, and management does absolutely nothing about it. When I complained multiple times, instead of taking responsibility or enforcing their own rules, they told me "if you want, call the police, we can't do anything for you." That is unacceptable and shows how little they care about residents. The office staff are some of the worst I've ever dealt with. They are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They act like problems are not their job and make you feel like you're bothering them for expecting basic management.If you care about clean air, honesty, or professional management, stay far away from this place. They promise one thing to get you in and then ignore you once you move In

The office staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and the location is near a lot of facilities. The maintenance is always fast. The neighborhood is nice .

I've been living in this apartment complex for two years and I must say, the management team is top-notch! They respond promptly to residents' needs, all you need is a call or an email and you'd be okay. The facilities are well-maintained as well. Every now and then, you'd see people coming to trim the flowers, sweep the car park and many stuff like that. The swimming pool is neat and the gym is well-equipped with modern equipment, which is great for staying active 😂😂. I won't forget to mention this, the remotely controlled gate adds an extra layer of security and convenience, you don't need to stress to allow your guests in. Also, you can pay your monthly bill from the apartment Mobile App and that's a great deal for me. Honestly speaking, I'm very satisfied with my living experience here and would highly recommend it to others.
