Cherrywood Memory Care - Revere Court

The staff here are great and polite. We were woried that are loved one wouldn't fit in or it wasn't going to be a good idea putting her in the home.it was a little ruff for her in the beginning and she still has her moments that aren't the best. We visited her today for lunch and she was happy to see us she looked happy ,had clean clothes on her room was clean and organized and we had a wonderful visit.we made the right choice deciding to place her here .keep up the great work .

So it is impossible to call the facility directly. I got a middle person agency in Florida that wanted to collect a referral fee. I took two friends looking for a place for their mom to visit and we rang the bell repeatedly, knocked on the door, waited and waited- no one ever came. Makes me wonder how attentive they are to their residents. We moved on and started the application process at Hillside.

Can we get an actual phone number to the facility???? I tried to call and a very confused older gentleman answered. And if that is your real phone number, do you just let random patients answer your business phone? Doesn’t seem very responsible and for many reasons. What if a family had an emergency and needed to get in contact with the facility immediately? There’s so many dangers that I can think of for having the wrong phone number posted. You are a professional business in the healthcare industry, having the right contact information can be vital. You really need to get that fixed, that is not OK!!!

If I can give a minus a star I would. This place charges me for medical supplies, that is covered by Medicare and Medicaid. I've heard staff talk down to the residence . I am highly disappointed with that facility
