reasonable and helpful staff - I have several favorite caregivers namely Jackie, so hard working and pleasant at same time;Jordan, so accommodating, also pleasant while taking care of my husband when needed; Demi, works hard and shows lots of love; Javier, so pleasant while being accommodating to me and my husband; Diamond, so helpful and gracious when I request help for my husband; Bianca, always a smile while giving my husband his meds; Alejandra, who has the cutest giggle while working in the kitchen; Oh oh... Last but not least, for whom i'm very grateful, Vida Ross, who lends an ear for any little issue I have and makes efforts to follow through... Of course, Julie, who takes the time to listen to my concerns; Jonathon and Lisa, always happy smiles. I also love the ladies at front desk, so friendly and easy to talk to, namely, Ana, Helen, Gloria, Pie and Valerie. Close to my heart and she doesn't know it is Tara, who has a big heart, and Tara truly has her heart in her occupation. Finally , Marissa expresses a lot of energy and joy in her caretaking.

Came to visit a family member a few days ago and was very dissatisfied with the way I saw employees being treated. The lady talks to them like they're idiots and it's very obvious on their faces that they are uncomfortable around her. I asked an employee what that lady's name was and I was told it was Julie. I hope Julie sees this review and treats her employees with the respect they deserve. Your business would not be running without those employees, just because you're the manager does not mean you treat them with any less respect. My grandma passed away recently and it makes me sad even thinking about the possibility that Julie mistreats any of the seniors. Edit: Since the owner seems to think that anyone that leaves a negative review is a disgruntled, former staff member, I want to say with 100% truth that I have NEVER worked at the establishment. All I did was leave a review of my negative experience, that is not bullying. If you, as a business owner, cannot handle criticism, then you should not be a business owner. Use these negative reviews to better your business, thank you.

Workers are nice and friendly, but the director has a horrible attitude. Overheard how she talked to her employees, not professional, extremely rude. I am not sure what the context was, but the way she talks should not be allowed even if she is on a higher level than her employee. The workers and community are welcoming, but if the director is going to act this way I do not want my grandparents to live here. I believe her name is Julie. EDIT: I was extremely disappointed with the response I received to my review. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised or initiating a constructive investigation into the treatment of workers, your reply immediately assumed that I am a former employee. This presumption not only fails to address the substance of my complaint, but it also seems to dismiss the validity of my concerns based solely on an unfounded assumption about my past association with your company. I would like to clarify that my review was not written out of personal grievances, but rather to share observations regarding the environment at your organization. I’ve witnessed numerous instances where individuals in higher positions have demonstrated aggressive behavior, which I believe negatively affects both the staff and the broader community. While I have also acknowledged the positive aspects of your community and staff, my review was intended to highlight an area that warrants attention, particularly regarding the treatment of those working within the organization. It is important to note that I do not believe the community should be disbanded, but rather that improvements can be made to foster a more positive and supportive environment for all involved. Again, I am extremely displeased by the unprofessional approach to this review. And I ask Google to keep my review public for those to come to their own conclusions. Thank you.

Yesterday my sister and I had the pleasure of touring Pacifica Senior home facility. Johnathan Cisneros was friendly, knowledgeable and a great help! We never felt pressured yet he answered all our questions and concerns. The place is immaculate, beautiful and very well run. I could definitely see that my mom would be comfortable there and feel like home. When she is ready to move to a facility we will consider this option.

Pacifica is a perfectly sized, cozy, beautiful, assisted living community for seniors! I am a Senior Care Consultant and look to move my senior clients to the best community for them. Size/ Capacity: Pacifica has about 50 residents in assisted living and about 25 in memory care. It feels like a wonderful number that would not be overwhelming for seniors to establish familiarity and form new relationships. The staff are familiar with all the seniors as well. Aesthetics/ Amenities: the community is beautifully designed with all the amenities that one can think of in an assisted living community. The community offers various activities on a daily basis, outings, as well as live entertainment. The layout makes it easy for seniors to not be 'lost'! They have a lovely courtyard for the residents to spend time outdoors or visit with their families/ grandchildren, etc. They also have a private dining room that families can utilize to spend time together. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and have been updated. Staff: the front desk staff are friendly, helpful and cordial. During tours, all my families are greeted by the staff that we run into. The Sales Director, in my opinion, is the ambassador of the community and it is important for the families to be able to connect well with this representative of the community that they are considering for their loved one. Johnathan, the Sales Director, is warm, kind, down to earth, informative and accommodating. He spends time with the families when they tour so he can answer all their questions, address their concerns and provide all relevant information. Pacifica, Chino Hills is a great option for families to consider for their loved one!
