Meridian ar Chino is a special place for anyone. Genuine smiles and offers to assist, guide, and show true spirit of to serve every guest. I have been here a week and I know I belong to this community (you know when you know). The Staff each have a wonderful synergy. Everyone has been willing to help and/or share a welcome home . Excellent choice. No complaints.

Amazing facility and staff! We feel so fortunate to have our parents living at this wonderful facility! The rooms, foods, activities,….are all superb. Special shoutouts to Corona and Tammy! Thank you 🙏 to all the staff!

While the staff is very friendly and accommodating to residents and guests, my dad has had issues with the dining experience sometimes waiting for a first cup of coffee at breakfast while others who were seated after him are getting their food and a second cup of coffee. Also when there is an illness residents must stay in their apartment and have meals delivered to them which can take quite a long while. Last night he didn't get supper until after 7:30. They also are supposed to have transportation to and from stores but the vehicle has been out of commission for almost a year. Other than that the facility is clean and offers lots of amenities for the residents to enjoy. Compared to other assisted living facilities it's one of the nicest places that I have seen.

I was hoping my mom would receive a lot of care for her memory, But she seemed to get worse. & a few of her items came up missing & were never recovered Once Vera became the director of memory care things started to move in a better direction but over all I don’t think the memory care unit has the experience to really help the people The facility is probably a good place if alls you need is assisted living

The staff at Meridian is amazing. My family is going through and incredibly hard time and everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Tammy has done such an amazing job helping me navigate this new stage in life for both of my parents. She is extremely knowledgeable and well equipped to handle any issues that come up. Her response time and willingness to help were also very much appreciated. Take this as a sign to book a tour at Meridian for you or your loved ones. I highly recommend it.
