Christian Care Retirement Community

I wouldn't recommend bringing any loved one here. Unfortunately management isn't for the residents they are about their "buddies." Residents rooms are so dirty. I heard nothing but complaints from other staff, residents and their families about how dirty the residents rooms are. The housekeeping department needs better management. The other departments seem to be doing good.

My mother lives in an apartment at Christian Care. The apartment has recently been renovated and is beautiful. Although she is independent , staff are responsive to her questions when she asks them. She enjoys the cafe, where there are regular offerings, along with a menu she can order from most any time. A lovely place.

My father lived at Christian Care since 2014, and just passed away a couple days ago. The staff at Christian Care always strived to help him live life as comfortably and normally as possible. During his last few days, the staff was so compassionate and conscientious of his needs, and our needs as a family. They made the dying process so much more endurable. They always made us feel that dad wasn't just another resident, but someone special.

5 stars are not enough. They care for their residents with dignity, respect, and love. They went above and beyond caring for my mother. They worked with my family in making sure her needs were met and assisting us during our time of grief. Their staff is top-notch.

Exceptional nursing home, with staff who genuinely care! The new wing should be operational in a few months and it will be very nice. It is amazing what Mick Cupp has done over the years in giving millions of dollars worth of work to this organization, as he built Christian Care from the ground up. I have never seen anyone work so many hours for free, in order to better his community!
