The staff are thorough and know their jobs. Facility is homey and always very clean/ well kept. My mom has stayed here twice for a month of recovery from medical procedures.

Truly a quality and caring team! Heather and the assisted living care team are absolutely wonderful! I can’t recommend this facility highly enough!

I give this place only a 2 star because of their medication disbursement. The day we brought my dad in from open heart surgery, they had no pain pills for him and had to wait because they needed to be delivered from Milwaukee. I don't understand how it is that they are unable to have medications available for the patients. This is now the second time my dad has gout but has to wait to receive the medication he needs until they get him on the the schedule for med distribution. So now my dad has waited all day and it is now 6:30 p.m. and still no meds. I feel like this is withholding medications from patients. He also is unable to do therapy until this issue has been resolved, so, therefore sets his recovery time to a longer stay.

The home is always clean and employees friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had a question. Mom’s room looks well taken care of and she seems happy with service.
