This place is very unprofessional, hard to get in contact with anyone , then when you do it’s a rushed conversation with an attitude . The ED Julia is very rude , never in my life have I experienced this at a place of business . I will move my father else were .

The staff at Cedar Creek of Franklin is very friendly, inviting and attentive. The community is always clean and the residents are well cared for.

You’ll find no better community than Cedar Creek of Franklin. The community is clean, well maintained, and grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents- they’re quick to respond and always helpful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the location is convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads while still feeling peaceful. I highly recommend Cedar Creek of Franklin to anyone looking for a welcoming and well run community.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. don't take your loved ones here, unless you think its okay for unlicensed staff to give medications because lazy nurses, tell lower staff to do so. their mistakes and keeping that staff, can cause a lost life. go elsewhere. Hopefully the health department does more than the facility did. Absolutely disgusting.

Went down and spent part of the day. The staff was energetic and fun. The food was great. Looking forward to becoming part of there family. Happy Birthday Casey! (Your not old! Lol) She hosted me and she is awesome at her job!! Thank you all!!
