CHRISTINA'S ASSISTED LIVING

Unprofessional , poor communication, completely taken off guard by the lack of clarity with pricing and fees. We paid the $500 to hold the room last week Friday but get a call today asking if we could move in sooner because "other people are calling and are willing to pay more" and the deposit should have been $1000. Contract was sent with hand written notes and changed move in date to avoid additional fees. This was not brought to our attention prior to today. The comments were unnecessary and my wife felt pressured. After arguing on the phone for sometime they refunded our hold on the room. My wife is very disappointed, the caregivers seemed nice and she was very excited but has lost all faith in this company.

When my brother moved here about 2 years ago it was a great place for him. As my brother's health declined it was not so great.He was falling out of his bed and Christina's said the were kicking my brother out because he was falling out of bed. Also Gloria the caregiver was abusive to my brother. She shoved him against the wall not sure why. Also she would talk badly about my brother to me. My brother would not want to get out of bed because he didn't want to be around her. Do not send your loved one to this place.

Our dear momma just passed. She was comfortably taken care of at Christina's Assisted Living for the last six months. The home was beautiful and the care givers were kind, hard working and especially compassionate. Thank you for caring for our beloved mother for the last few months of her life. We are grateful!

Christina’s was wonderful in assisting with my mother in laws needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all of her needs. The house was always clean. They kept us informed on her status and right to the end of her journey they were present in tending to her and making sure she was comfortable and safe. Thank you to all the staff at Christina’s for making this difficult time for us just a little bit easier. I will always recommend your place when I have the opportunity. You were amazing!

We have been blessed to have found Christina’s Care for my aunt. She has been there over a year. The staff takes tender, loving care of the “family” there as they strive to make the environment just like home. My aunt enjoys the food as care is taken to provide nutritious, homemade meals. They are thorough and careful in making sure medicine is administered appropriately. They have different activities to enjoy each week. The home is clean and comfortable. Mitch and the staff have a positive, upbeat, and joyful outlook. I would highly recommend!!!
