My mama & brother went here after Hurricane Helene between November - December 2024, from day 1 they were mistreated & their wallets were confiscated for this place personal use. The bed bugs mold & doors being left open at all times. They refuse to let family members see family & threaten them with police. My brother laid in bed here for 2 days before passing away & not 1 time did anyone there check on him not to mention demeaning my mama saying her son wasn't her concern anymore. This place needs to be jailed for abuse financial card fraud unauthorized transaction to bank accounts when they have Medicaid that would have paid for their stay.

This is the worst place I’ve ever seen and I’ve been in long term care 13 years in Tennessee. My brother was placed there after discharge from the hospital for short term. He had trouble getting showers, he got the run around when asking for a towel. One guy told him he’d get him a towel but he had to go smoke first. (This was after he asked repeatedly for days. He didn’t tell me about this until after be took a shower.) His meds were habitually late, sometimes not getting his bedtime meds until 2 in the morning. They are trying to keep his money now. We are going to Social security to find out what to do about that. I could say enough to fill a page but this is all I’m going to post. Please, don’t send a loved one there. They’d be better off in a cardboard box under a bridge.

The food is always cold. Toilets are dirty, showers are cold. The food is not served on time. We are caged in here like animals. The only time we get to go outside of this facility is when you take a trip to the ER.

I had one of their residents show up in my front yard. He was very disoriented. I had to walk to poor man back. He was in pajamas, His shirt was inside out. His nails looked like nobody has cleaned them in a while. His hair was a mess. And the lady who came out to get him didn’t even seem concerned. She just looked at him and said “how did you get out?”

The administrator really cares about the level of care the residents receive and puts in my opinion 200 percent of herself into maintaining and improving not just for the residents but also thier family as well as her staff, God bless you Becky!
