CIEL SENIOR LIVING OF PRINCETON (NJ12A001)

This is the worst place in the world. The clipboard chef I mean cook chris does not care about the residents that live here. The kitchen is dirty and when I was there nobody used gloves. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I come with my very good friend to see her weekly who currently lives in the Community.I can’t say enough about the staff when you walk in you are always greeted by Margie with a smile.Director doors are always open if you need anything or just have a question management is aways available.Staff is polite when we are walking in the hallways to go the room and the food smells amazing.One thing that stands out the building is always clean no smells.The Directors are hands on and will put together the best events for families and will work the events with there staff.It is always a pleasure to go to Ciel.

We have been collaborating with Ciel of Princeton for almost 2 years and we could not ask for a better collaborating team. Ashley makes herself available to answer questions and provide the emotional support to the residents and their families. Shanna’s clinical experience and leadership skills provide the residents with excellent care. Patti will address a situation or concern immediately with always favorable results. I would not hesitate placing a client at Ciel of Princeton

I too was here on a visit the care staff were all very rude and didnt seem to care about the patients. They were serving lunch and was scratching here and face not wearing gloves. The residents are wandering around the building with littl to know supervision. Very terrible place and thw reaidents were also complaining. I would not recommend this place. It is beautifully decorated but that’s it.

Harbor chase is a facility I would recommend for family members or yourself. The new director Ashley is caring and make sure you and your family member feels comfortable, she makes you feel like a family member. She is lovely and very responsive to families needs. I went to an event recently and was very impressed how clean the facility was, how friendly everyone was, the food was good and how organized the event ran.
