​I recently toured Tranquil Home Care while looking for a home and I was thoroughly impressed. From the begin of the tour till the very end I felt the warm atmosphere and the accommodating approach (homely feel). It is obvious managment prioritize dignity and comfort here. If you are looking for a safe and high quality environment for a loved one, this place is definitely at the top of the list to choose from.

If I could give negative stars I would. I do not recommend and caution anyone to put their loved one here. Everyone is so nice and helpful to your face, but behind your back workers don't do their job. My loved one died and the reason was not their health. Pure negligence. And, they charge the family over $2k for a community fee but when you die they can't even send a condolence card or flowers to the funeral home. They have no problem taking your money and when your loved one dies, their room is cleared out as fast as possible. GREED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would I contact you??? You can't bring my loved one back. DO BETTER!!!! Acknowledge when someone dies. Have some decency. I received more condolence cards from the ER vet when my cat died than our family did from your facility when my loved one died from your negligence.

Cinco Ranch ALZ facility is such a wonderful and caring place for a loved one. The staff truly go above and beyond to make residents feel safe and loved. Working with Elizabeth R has been a true blessing — she is compassionate, understanding, and truly God-sent. I’m so grateful for the care and peace of mind they provide every day

My mom is thriving here! Thank you Cinco Ranch for taking such good care of her while I’m at work. I love how her days are filled with fun and engaging activities. Elizabeth made this an easy transition, and the nurses showed me from the start that they truly care and are dedicated to the safety and care of each resident. I’m so thankful my mom can call Cinco Ranch home!

Very kind and caring staff everyone speaks when they come across you. When you walk into the building you can feel the warmth and all the smiling faces. Toured the community and was just amazed, answered every question. Always activities going on and getting residents engaged. Love to see if an activity isn’t holding there attention they shift gears right away. The team is very proactive. I enjoy my time when I come in.
