I’ve been working for this company for a year now and it has been the fastest year ever. I love how kind and understanding they are when it comes to weather or my pregnancy. And the people I work for/with are so sweet. They all have amazing stories and I get to have a great environment while helping the community. Thank you everyone for having me!

My biggest problem has been with consistency of providers. For more than a few month it seemed I'd have a different provider which make it wasteful having to do a half hour tour of where things are and how things are done.i was ready to change a few times but now with Pam things have improved greatly- she's my regular and we get along great, her work ethic is fantastic and on top of that she is super personable. Inconsistency drives me crazy but it's not an issue now.

MAXIM is so easy to work with for care for my elderly parents. The care provider that they have sent us is an amazing, caring individual and we love how she is so gentle with my father. She is definitely part of the family. The office people at Maxim are always available and so easy to work with. I can't recommend them any higher they are worth it and you won't be sorry if you chose them for your elderly care needs. This is Brenda Babiak posting this review.

Maxim has a shortage of employees, I suffered a near emergent situation today 03/06/2022 bc they had no coverage, and when I called and PLEADED for help, Maxim Oncall replied in the most condescending manner with 'There's (sic)nothing we are going to do' I had to call a friend who is a Nurse to leave his place of employment (AK Regional- 5th floor Adult Critical Needs) to come help me before my non-service issues became Emergent care needs inandof themselves. I will be lodging a complaint with local/state/federal Ombudsman(s') offices as well as Alaska Senior Disability services. Thomas N.

Disgusting people, my wife fell down while in the care of one of your caretakers, and nobody reported it. The care you guys do is, vile and heartless. It’s unfortunate that you guys are an option for caretaking.
