CLAIBORNE AT BRICKYARD CROSSING

Enjoyed touring the Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing with Teresa Hammett on February 22, 2026. She was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the facility and cost. The residents and staff were pleasant and friendly. The building was very clean and beautifully furnished. I would love to retire there.

When walking through yesterday for a family member we were greeted with warm smiles, excellent professionalism, & family feel throughout our visit. We met with Teresa yesterday to tour the facility in hopes of finding a suitable location for my parents. Not only was Teresa informative and knowledgeable. She was also very kind and sensitive to all of our needs and concerns. We walked out of there feeling like we gained a new family member. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had the opportunity to meet with Teresa and check out this beautiful location!

It was a pleasure dealing with Teresa Hamlett and getting to know the Claiborne. We got a very strong impression that the residents were happy and leadership/management folks were attuned to details that matter. We are very comfortable and confident making it my mom’s new home.

We had a lovely tour today with Teresa, who is amazing and very realistic with expectations. She knew everybody that was walking around and they knew her. You could definitely feel that they care deeply about the residents. Also, all of the residents were very friendly and welcoming to us as we toured some of their apartments. Overall great experience!
