Kate performed a superb service in helping us find a caring environment for my wife who suffers from a stroke on top of having dementia. I cannot say enough positive comments about how well she listened to our needs and found the best possible place for my wife. It was a pleasure to work with her and I strongly recommend her to others. Thank you Kate!!!

Lisa was such a blessing and truly an Angel and answer to my prayers! My father had Alzheimer’s and Dementia and I found myself frustrated and at my wits end when I realized I needed to move him from his memory care living situation, again! I had already moved my dad several times and it wasn’t an easy decision to make to move him again because consistency and routine is what someone needs most with that condition. However, the facility wasn’t meeting basic needs such as medication consistency. Lisa was there to listen to my concerns and help me find placement at a place that was a hidden gem. I’m grateful for her helping me accomplish my main goal which was to provide the best final chapter for my father in his life. He was the very best father and it was one of my greatest pleasures to give back to him in this way at the end of his life. He was truly surrounded by a care team that cared for him, loved him and supported him. They treated him with the respect and dignity he deserved and most importantly gave him his medication consistency and properly (something 4 prior places failed to do). If you find yourself in a situation similar and not knowing where to turn, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND touching base with Lisa ISBELL. She will help you to the best of her ability to find care for your loved one. But, It doesn’t end with finding placement for a loved one with this condition. It takes the diligence and continued oversight on YOUR part to advocate for your loved one in a time they need it most because you are acting on their behalf. Check on them frequently, be involved and make sure they are getting medical and basic needs met don’t just assume they are because of the amount of money you are paying. The world needs more people who care like Lisa. My deepest and sincere thanks and gratitude for her help and assistance. My father would thank her also.

I am so grateful to Lisa for her help finding compassionate care for my dear Dad. We had a family emergency and needed to find care for him far faster than we had expected. Lisa responded to my email immediately and was able to assess my Dad's needs and our priorities right away. She arranged visits for us very quickly and attended the meetings, asking thoughtful questions and providing good insights based on her years of experience. Lisa also suggested options that we didn't even know existed, helping us to find creative solutions to meet my Dad's needs. She has an amazing network of resources who we called upon for help, from in home care providers to moving companies and hospice support. Our family is so grateful to Lisa for her quick responses, empathy, wisdom and guidance. She is a true gift to any family seeking to understand their options and navigate difficult transitions for their loved ones.

Several years ago, we began the process of convincing my husband's mom to move closer to us. She lived in another city 2 hours away. She was 91 and still living on her own. It was then, Lisa Isbell of Senior Care Authority began the journey with us. She navigated our process with a knowledge that was invaluable. She spent hours researching facilities that matched our needs. Lisa would set up visits and go with us to interviews as we searched to find the right place for mom. She always had our back and was reassuring in our struggles to convince mom that this was the best move for her to make. Lisa was as much a counselor as a senior living advisor. Always available, prompt to return our calls, and extremely knowledgeable of available places that met our needs. Having no experience as to what we were facing, Lisa led us diligently to where we are today, a perfect fit for mom and us. Thank you, Lisa. Karen Carson

I can't even begin to express how Lisa Isbell helped me and my parents. Was starting the grueling process of moving both my parents to Virginia -- one in memory care and one in senior living. Lisa listened to me and set up tours with a memory care center and senior independent living apartments. Both facilities were perfect for our needs and we didn't need to visit any others. We were so pleased. My father is already here and being taken very good care of. My mom will be here in two weeks. In addition, Lisa set us up with insurance options as well, as they would have to change to an accepted plan for Virginia. Lisa has been a Godsend, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is going through these life change. She has taken us through this transition very smoothly and painlessly. Thank you so much, Lisa! I will never be able to repay you! Deborah Pollock
