I cannot say enough about the extraordinary care my parents have received at Claremont Manor. This community has truly been life‑saving for my father and a source of comfort for my mother. My father, age 86, was admitted to the skilled nursing facility after a series of falls and a fractured rib that revealed stage 4 prostate cancer. At his previous facility, he had lost hope. I am convinced that without the intervention and support of Claremont Manor, he would not be with us today. From the moment he arrived, the staff treated him not just as a patient, but as a person deserving dignity, compassion, and attentive care. Equally remarkable has been the support for my mother, who moved into the assisted living side of the community. Even before she was officially a resident, the staff went out of their way to ensure she felt cared for and included. Their kindness and attentiveness have made an incredibly difficult transition manageable for both of my parents. I want to give special recognition to three individuals whose efforts have made all the difference: - JD – who coordinated and expedited my father’s transfer, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and with urgency. His dedication and professionalism were critical in getting my dad settled. He knows every patient by name and regularly walks the facility and interacts with them in a warm and friendly manner that we always look forward to. - Cindy – my first point of contact, who graciously took the time to answer every question and always returned my calls. Her warmth and responsiveness reassured me during a very stressful time. - Joanna – the nurse who welcomed my father the night he arrived. Her compassion and attentive care have been a constant source of comfort. She continues to provide loving, skilled support that has helped my father regain hope. Claremont Manor is more than a facility—it is a community of people who genuinely care. They have given my family peace of mind, and most importantly, they have given my father a chance to keep living with dignity and hope. I am profoundly grateful.

My stepmom moved to the Manor in early 2019 and lived the last five years of her life there. She had a wonderful one bedroom garden apartment with patio and small kitchenette. She made good friends there, and enjoyed the events that she participated in. The services she received were a blessing as she found it more difficult to manage everything. Services they offered included cleaning the apartment, changed her linens, washing clothes and linens, assistance with medications, and general care. In late 2024 she moved into the Lodge for assisted living where she was fully taken care of by a wonderful staff. All throughout her stay with the manor she told me many, many times how much she appreciated the caregivers and what a good decision she had made to move there -"Very happy with it!" From my perspective, it was a blessing. The staff was always responsive to her and to my inquiries in a very timely, professional, and caring attitude. From the top down, everyone I spoke with was terrific! The Claremont Manor is a well run organization that takes amazing care of your loved ones. If you can't already tell, I HIGHLY recommend it!

My parents became residents of Claremont Manor a month ago. It has been such a welcoming positive experience for them and our family. Everyone is always so cheerful and helpful with any questions or concerns. Things get taken care of promptly and efficiently. Residents here are very friendly and always inviting them to join in whether it be at mealtime or just activities. My Grandmother was a resident here years ago and spent 10 wonderful years here and it’s nice to see that Claremont Manor continues to thrive and keep up its great standards.

Wonderful facility for rehabilitation and assisted living. Everything was clean and beautiful, all the residents looked happy and well cared for, the nurses are friendly and easy to approach, and there are so many entertainment and activities options! My grandfather was placed here the other day and I am completely blown away by the quality of this facility. Thank you for maintaining such an amazing facility and thank you for what you do for your residents.
