Clarendale of Mokena

The whole Clarendale personnell does an excellent job, goes out of their way continually to make sure we are being taken care of and our needs are filled. Jonathon has done a fantastic job in the kitchen, and the food is the best it's been in the 4.5 years I've lived here! The girls at the concierge desk are fantastic, all the office managers are fantastic. I don't know what else I can say! It's always a pleasure to see people so concerned with our welfare.

We had a lovely lunch this afternoon. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the food was great! This makes me feel better having a loved one that lives there

I'm very impressed with the friendliness of both staff and residents. Bridget is kind, understanding, willing to listen, and eager to find the right solution to your family's (my father's) needs. The facility is beautiful, clean and tidy. While Clarendale is not the most expensive place, nothing is cheap, and nobody really wants to place family members in someplace that is cheap. I would recommend putting this place on your roster of facilities to visit. You won't be disappointed.

Clarendale has exceeded my expectations and lets my family sleep at night knowing our loved one is cared for day and night. My aunt has been there for about 9 months and started in assisted living but transitioned to memory care. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make sure every concern was addressed. The therapists are wonderful and really take a vested interest in their patients. The nurses keep us informed when issues come up and are always available or call back promptly. The activities group has blown us away - it’s like being on a cruise ship and not only is it fun for the residents and provides the daily enrichment dementia patients need, but also helps with making friendships. The kitchen staff is attentive to dietary needs and the front desk is always there is welcome you and answer questions. The on staff maintenance crew fixed the AC issue as soon as they were called. Special kudos to Kathryn who is one in a million and the best advocate on staff. We checked out many places but it was Kathryn who made us choose Clarendale. Her knowledge was paramount to us and her care and compassion has followed through any time we have needed her. I highly recommend Clarendale of Mokena.
