From the initial referral, communication to coordinate, and to the services Visiting Angels was able to provide for a member of mine the professionalism is unmatched. Ron and the Visiting Angel staff were a Godsend to our mom and our family. Mom's care required overnight shifts, which we worried would be difficult to fill. We were so pleased the Visiting Angels' staff always arrived on time and were able to cover every shift. The log book staff completed each night kept us well informed as to how mom's night went. It was so comforting to mom that extra effort was made to introduce new staff prior to them starting as her caregiver. When a crisis arose, and with short notice, Ron and his staff were able to fill extra shifts for us. The Visiting Angel staff allowed mom to remain in familiar surroundings for as long as possible, for which we are so grateful. We would recommend this service to others who wish to help their loved one age in place.
