My mom, who is 96 years old, has been a resident of Clearbrook since 2017, is exceedingly happy there. Clearbrook has an excellent staff, who are very attentive and friendly to her as an individual. Care that treats Mom as a respected friend really matters to my brother, sister, and me. In addition, Clearbrook has an amazing chef! Mom loves the food - and that makes a difference! The activities are varied and allow for all sorts of opportunities and creativity.

Clearbrook Inn has been a good choice for my Mom. She has a private apartment so she can have her own furniture, decorations and pictures. There as so many activities led by Cindy & Chris to keep everyone fit, socializing, entertained and having fun each day. Adam & Joey are attentive to admin, answering questions and keeping things running smoothly and safely. Jake, Cathy and staff are attentive to medical needs and personal assistance. The food is good and nutritious. Cleaning & maintenance staff keep everyone's rooms clean and the whole place clean and comfortable.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Clearbrook Inn often as my mother is there. I have found that the staff goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care. Cindy and Chris provide amazing activities for the residents. They are both advocates for the residents. They are great at structuring activities so all can succeed. My mom’s caregivers Kylie, Ruth and Trudy are exceptional. Kylie makes sure my mom is up and ready to go every morning so she can participate in activities. Ruth helps her in the afternoon and into the evening. She treats my mom like family. Trudy is a warm positive care giver. Joey is the first person we see when we come in. She is incredible and enthusiastic. The atmosphere at The Clearbrook Inn is relaxed and positive. It is a great place to live, visit and work. I feel fortunate that my mom lives there as a resident. The entire staff of Clearbrook in is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by Joey with pleasantries. From there are you are met by any number of staff personnel and greeted. But the most important thing is that my mother could not be happier where she is. She loves the staff and the care they provide. If you are considering placing a loved in in a facility I would highly recommend you look into Clearbrook Inn or any other Encore properties. You will not regret your decision and your loved one will be cared for with great compassion. Ken Y
