Clearvista Lake Health Campus

One of my parents was admitted to this facility for rehab purposes. I would not recommend this facility, they did not work with him to assist in regaining mobility back. There was one gentleman that really helped and he spoke highly of, but for only one session. The communication from the facility definitely needs work. Just be cautious if your loved one has to go for a procedure!

She was sad, very depressed, and feeling very isolated... until we moved her into Clearvista Lake! She is a new woman! Happy, participating, making friends and enjoying the comforts & care provided by the amazing staff! She is once again "living", not just existing. Beautiful facility, they exceeded our expectations.

My mother lived here for several months and was very well taken care of by the excellent staff in the assisted living area of Clearvista Lake health campus. I am most grateful to all of them for the wonderful care she received and would recommend this facility to anyone who’s looking for a caring place for their elderly parents. The people who work here seem to genuinely care, which is such a rare thing to find amongst elder care facilities.

ClearVista Lake Healthcare Campus has truly been a breath of fresh air. Transitioning my elderly neighbor—whom I serve as Power of Attorney for—into this community has been an exceptionally positive experience. This has been my personal experience. We’ve worked closely with the Rehabilitation Department, Megan and her team are truly a cut above anything we’ve encountered throughout our journey. The Assisted Living services are just as impressive. Every department’s staff has been incredibly supportive and kind. While I could highlight a few standout individuals, I also want to recognize the many behind-the-scenes team members who have been equally vital to our experience. The facility itself is immaculate—you can tell from the moment you step into the lobby. You’re warmly welcomed by Cheri, and it genuinely feels like you’re chatting with a longtime friend. The resident programs, led by Destiny, the Activity Director, and her team, are engaging and create a strong sense of community and belonging. Stacey, the Executive Director, leads a phenomenal team that genuinely cares for every resident. If you’re exploring care options for yourself or a loved one, I highly encourage you to schedule a tour. Deja, the Admissions Coordinator, or Kate, the Director of Admissions, will walk you through the process with ease and remain available to answer your questions well beyond your initial visit. Angie, the Business Office Manager, is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable—she goes above and beyond to explore all possible insurance options. Kymberly, the Director of Social Services, is a compassionate and dedicated advocate who truly listens and works tirelessly to assist in any way she can. Serena, the Director of Nursing, and her team are nothing short of a powerhouse. They work closely with residents to ensure their needs are fully met with professionalism and care. Let this review be your stepping stone to visit ClearVista for yourself. The campus, staff, and services speak volumes for themselves.

This facility is AWESOME...in many ways!!. I have experienced a truly gracious, compassionate, professional group of people in every area of service, which is very unusual. Not once have I felt that what I asked, needed or felt concerning the care of my husband was unimportant. From phone conversations, normal visits, and critical decision making meetings, they have made me feel that my presence and concerns were important and were effectively addressed! My husband also expressed to other family members how comfortable and happy he is to be a resident at Clearvista Lake!! I wish I could leave a 10 Star rating if that were available, but I guess 5 will have to do. Much thanks, love, prayers and appreciation to this AWESOME group of people!!!
