CLEARWATER AT THE ARBORETUM

My mother was among the first in the memory care facility after having resided at two independent care facilities followed by a brief transition through assisted living. I only wish she could have gotten to clear water sooner as the entire experience was excellent. We chose Anthology/clear water after visiting and revisiting a number of other memory care facilities all over travis county. It was the last place to visit before deciding and there was simply no question that this was the right place, a feeling that only got stronger over time. The facility and management have been excellent but it was the personal care my mom received while in the memory care unit that really made the difference. Not only was that a good thing for my mom but frankly for me as well as I had spent a long time as caregiver and was acutely aware of her specific needs and challenges. Lisa Almond and the entire memory care unit could not have been better at caring for my mom with compassion and professionalism and this frankly allowed me to return to a more typical role and confidant that she was in great hands.

We recently moved my dad into Clearwater at The Arboretum. Tricia, the Senior Sales Director, was great. Move in went flawlessly and made what is a difficult day much better. When we were exploring AL facilities, Tricia was always available to answer questions, even those asked after work hours. Tricia has followed up numerous times to make sure everything is ok. Her attention to detail is top notch!

This place is beautiful! We toured so many in Austin, but this one is a cut above the rest. All the staff are happy and warm. It made me very happy for my father. You must have Tricia Lohbeck give you the tour! She is so caring, fun and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place.

As a nurse for 41 years, personalized care, compassion, understanding, and satisfaction for each of my patients have always been my goal. And its clear that Tricia Lohbeck and Clearwater prioritize the same! From the very beginning Tricia was instrumental in helping us in making Clearwater our top choice out multiple facilities. Her direct and extremely prompt communication with me, made us feel we were in the very best of hands. Initially, mom was disheartened at the prospect of moving to assisted living. However, after touring Clearwater and meeting Tricia, she was as impressed as I. Clearwater made us feel welcome and at home. It was beautiful and spacious. Tricia pointed out particular amenities that mom would like. And mom was even able to view the room that would be her new home! She’s now simply giddy about coming to Clearwater, which is a complete turnaround! I can't tell you how important and reassuring Tricia has been throughout this entire process and my family couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend to anyone deciding on a place to fully enjoy all that life has to offer!

I moved my father into Clearwater 2 months ago. The experience could not have been any better! This is my second parent to go into assisted living and I was bracing myself for what to expect after my first experience. However, everything was handled professionally and with precision. Tricia Lohbeck the Senior Sales Director made everything a breeze! She was easy to work with, personally delightful and a consummate professional. She went out of her way to ensure everything was prefect. She made herself available after hours and on her days off! Incredible! She put us in contact with all the various trades we needed to execute my father's move and would always follow up. I fully endorse Clearwater at the Arboretum and especially Tricia! The building is wonderful, the care is excellent, the staff dotes on the residents and the food is fantastic.
