CLEARWATER AT THE HEIGHTS

This is an absolutely beautiful facility! They hold a few holiday events a year and invite the community. It is really fun to watch the young kids and residents get to interact. The staff is always very welcoming.

Staff constantly fight with eachother and sometimes physically as well as verbally. Residents on the call light 45+mins and constant changes in ED. They charge independent residents the same fees as someone who needs assisted/total care without their knowledge. Very shady place !

Brittany Gabriel extended a warm and welcoming embrace from the moment we arrived. Her attentiveness and comprehensive responses to our inquiries were exemplary. Clearwater is more than a residence; it is a haven that evokes the ambiance of a five-star resort. The community thrives with an array of engaging activities, while the building's robust security instills a profound sense of peace and tranquility. We are thrilled our mother is here.

This place is amazing. We had my mom at what was supposed to be an upscale assisted living but was nothing compared to Watermark. Everything is so nice and tons of amenities- for similar price! Staff is great and 7th floor haze an awesome view - from close up of down town out to memorial city - panoramic view from huge balcony.

Sara DeSantis is the absolute BEST representation of this beautiful senior living facility! From grand tours, to the AMAZING food, all the amenities and kind staff- The Watermark at Houston Heights is the place to be! We had a recent photo shoot done here for our company and Sara took great care of us from the beginning! We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend this facility to our clients, friends and family members!
