My grandmother was fine till my family transferred her to this place. She declined and has multiple accidents from falling. Then she died all of sudden on Thanksgiving morning 2018. I wish my family had pressed more about the issue. Do Not Put your family here!!!!

Nasty nasty nasty. Never clean the rooms or mattresses. Poop all over the beds sticky floors smelt like rotten bologna. As you walk in it is cool but the rooms are very very hot. My sister n law admitted herself but if we had known it was this NASTY we would not have let her go here. The personal was a cranky person and would not help us to understand anything about how they take her money or how we can get her evaluated for a mental health issue. My sister in law has not taken a shower or eaten in the dining room, she says it is nasty and they can't make her shower. All I got to say is don't put your loved one in this Nasty place.

My brother only been there for about 2 months now and he loves it. I go visit just about everyday from .......... just to make sure he is getting use to the place. I notice everyone gets along very well and they work as a team with what they have to work with. My brother loves the food and always tells me they feed you good here. The place is nice and clean the staff and upper management is very nice and from what I have observed they treat the residents with respect and I have not heard a staff holler or mistreat anyone in there. And if I would I would report it myself.Im sure they have their faults as well as others so instead of complaining I would like to help out and do some volunteering. Everybody every where is short staff and that I know for sure. So why not do your part as a family member and see the positive side of it.visit more and be the change..Those jobs are not easy and yes things could be better and if you point it out it will get better in A respectful way. CLEVELAND House Thank You 2nd shift staff do need to enter act more with the residents instead of setting in that little room all the time do activities. I do believe it will do a turn around for the good with all our help. I've never heard staff talk about each other and I never heard the upper management talk about staff or anyone at the point.

The leader Stephanie is one of the best people and the community is very lucky to have her the staff treat the residents like family and that is something we all love

The manager and upper management do not properly staff their facility. They ask untrained staff to transport patients to appointments in the company bus and the employees own personal vehicles. Staff members that are asked are not trained in CPR if something was to happen during transport . This company has no concern for the liability or safety for the staff nor the patients to allow this.
