Wish I could give this place no stars it has been all downhill these past few months my family has been nothing but understanding with this new company and all these new employees constantly seeing new faces. my mothers needs are never met her pendant is never answered. The lack of communication and professionalism is incredibly frustrating for us to deal with. We have already started looking to move her elsewhere she deserves more compassion and care for the money we pay.

Mother was here 2 years and recently passed and the new team was dedicated to making sure she was comfortable and I was always informed since unfortunately I was out of town. Highly recommended with my experience, especially these last 2 weeks as it has not been easy and they really showed how compassionate people are! Thank you Eden Vista and team

Had an excellent meeting with new team and already seeing changes! Thank you Tina and team for putting my aunt first and communicating with me and my family-almost daily lol, as this is new to us and we appreciate the meeting you set up. The team has been more present than previously and I’m thankful for this. As I read the reviews, this is not the experience that my family and others we know have had at Eden Vista!

An “amazing” new ED started. We’ve never even seen the lady! Not a stop by to introduce herself or to acknowledge my mothers state of condition. The staff hasn’t even seen her visit the building! That speaks volumes! This company is off to a horrible start. Frontida was never this bad!

Our elderly aunt is currently at Clifden Court. Felicia, who is very kind and compassionate, helped us admit my aunt in a timely and safe manner. The resident assistants are also kind and attentive. I can tell they really care.The facility is very nice and offers many activities for the residents. The meals are prepared from scratch. We feel at ease knowing our aunt is in a good environment.
