Close To Home Assisted Living Riegel I

This home has too many people living there and not enough staff and very unprofessional! They can not properly provide for all the residents due to under staffing. The staff chooses who they like or dislike and if you’re not the one they like it shows in the care of one they don’t like ! They talk out loud about other residents in of other families , they don’t care who hears them talking I have heard this for my self ! Very disappointed !!

Wonderful assisted living facility. Staff are all very pleasant. They offer fun activities for residents. We are happy with our family members living arrangements.

My father moved into this place a few weeks ago. He seems pretty happy with the place. If you knew him; this is a huge compliment. Transition was smooth with the help of owner Jaimie and managers Debbie and Cindy. Pros: Nursing staff is extremely nice and hardworking. Chefs take pride in their cooking (homemade tomato soup even!). Managers go the extra mile to help. All residents seem happy to be there (that i have talked to). Less money than other assisted living places. Smaller community than similar places. Cons: Smaller rooms than other assisted living places.

4 months my Mom has been here. They are caring wonderful people. I no longer have to worry about Mom. Thank You everyone at Close to Home!!!
