I had the pleasure of speaking with Christy yesterday in regards to my relocating back to my hometown Woodland, California. I am currently residing in Alabama and in the process of selling my house. I am looking very much forward to coming back home after many years of being gone and renting at Fair Plaza Senior Apartments. And I'm also looking forward and hearing back from Christy in regards to Me renting at Fair Plaza Senior Apartments. I hope to hear from you soon Christy. Visit frequently. Grounds is always in good clean shape. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Plenty of guest parking. Have ran into office manager a couple of times who has been very helpful and friendly.

Our current maintenance man, Jim, is a marvel. He is helpful and friendly. I don't think he should only be part time as there are many times when he must wait until another day to get to all the things needing his attention. Regardless, he is always patient with me when I need him. He is the best!

The property managers in my opinion keep the facility in a safe clean quiet condition. It's a place to consider if ever in the market for an affordable place to live.

PG&E came out to weatherize my apartment. Management knew about it as long as I have little over a week. But the day they came to fix it guess what they weren't allowed to do it until they got the okay from uppermangement after they did the new mangers apartment first. Paying $120.00 for electricity is out of line for a Senior apts.
