Im going to be very honest and brief, these comments are VERY TRUE, but also if you guys are not happy with the outcoming, keep contacting and emailing them. I dont get frustrated with them because its always something changing or updating or outdated. Its sooo much for them to keep up on as well. Im definitely grateful for their support and housing because im not homeless because of them. I wish I could help others thats in my situation, but I hope this helps on both parties. Nothing but blessing to you all!

I'm surprised at all the bad reviews, contrary to the sentiments here. I've had nothing but positive things to say about every staff member I've encountered. In these difficult times, they've been a blessing. I don't know where I'd be without their help....real talk. Thanks for everything. 🙏🏾☺️

Don't expect any compassion or empathy. Made the mistake of dumping my frustrations of trying to come out of poverty, in which I asked for advice and apologized for venting. Her response was cold and uncaring. In fact, she didn't offer any advice at all. Just very cold and clearly irritated. We are a community of traumatized individuals. Some of us our busting our asses to do better, only to have people respond to us in this manner. We are all treated like a pile of dirt. Doesn't matter if you do nothing or everything to change your situation. Contemplating quitting everything, because the governmen punished me Everytime I try to do better. I now see why no one wants to try. It's because we HAVE, and are consistently treated like scum. Thanks for the reply at the end of a LONG day. Great to go to bed after that. Lets not forget the time I moved into a place that turned out to be infested with roaches. My landlord was doing nothing to treat, and when I got out of my lease, Robin told me that was a dumb idea. Because we deserve to live with roaches and a landlord notorious for not fixing things and letting people live in deplorable conditions. I cannot wait until I'm done with school, so I can finally do something about this.

Rude. The supervisor Robin referred to us as “Yall” instead of addressing us by name during our conversation today. Whenever we speak to Robin, she speaks to us in a Unprofessional manner. We are very polite to everyone we speak to at their office. Rachel is very Unorganized and they provide inaccurate information to lease coordinators on your behalf. Poor listening skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The people who choose to work Here Are truly Amazing people. These are the people who Actually DO their Very Best to Help people who are in Desperate Need of a Helping Hand Up, Not a Hand-out. They go above and beyond to get you up on your feet and information on how to Stay up on them As well. This is a Wonderful Organization for our community. Thank You All of you for your caring and dedication to Us All.
