COASTAL LANDING LLC

My mom lives here in independent living. She gets meals and some house cleaning as well. Electricity and heat and water are included. There are various musical events, plenty of space to gather and play games like bingo and poker. There are excursions to local restaurants and stores. Outside, there are raised beds ready for planting and lots of seats on ‘the porch’ for relaxing outside. Whoever decorated the place did a fantastic job.The people there go above and beyond.

Clean, friendly, safe, comfortable senior living community. Offering a variety of levels of care and support. Plenty of activities open to residents. Option of communal dinning. Convenient location. Nice surroundings.

It is hard to be objective when you trust your loved one to an elder community. In my business, I have monitored, assisted, and discussed the placement of perhaps 100 seniors. CL is a cut above nearly every facility I have encountered across many states. Movie theater, indoor and outdoor lounges, exercise room, social programs are just the start. They have a warm, caring staff, walking path around building and the facility is on a beautiful mixed use campus near the YMCA and town Recreation Center. In addition to a reasonable cost structure, the availability to navigate a wide range of the spectrum of care within one building is an attractive feature as you think carefully about long term needs.
