COGIR OF SOUTH BAY

I recently attended a happy hour event while visiting my grandmother and wanted to share my positive experience regarding one of your staff members, Desiree, from the activities team. From the moment we arrived, Desiree was incredibly attentive and welcomed us with a genuine smile. Throughout the event, she was a 'busy bee’, consistently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. I was particularly impressed by her proactive approach; she was constantly moving, clearing plates, refreshing drinks, and providing thoughtful, extra assistance to residents who needed it. While the entire staff was welcoming and friendly, Desiree’s exceptional work ethic and dedication to the resident’s comfort truly stood out. She is a wonderful asset to your team, and her efforts made our visit truly special.

I would like to thank manny he had to coordinate with my designers to decorate my apartment as well as my partners and he did an amazing job. Anytime that I make an appointment with maintenance they are so efficient and quick and I would just like to thank the maintenance team. I would like to thank the activities department (Matt, Desiree,Jackson, and Dustin) they have really good ideas they are all very accommodating and helpful and fun. They are all very good at their jobs and making this a fun place to live I really appreciate it.

I lived here for 9 months and am happy that I made the choice to move here. One of the most outstanding parts of living here is the staff. Dustin the driver at the community made me feel welcomed right off the bat by helping me get to a lovely jazz party that was being thrown in the community when I forgot my cane in my room. He has two jobs that he has managed to perform outstandingly. He is an excellent driver and he delivers our packages right to our doors, and he always does it with a smile. He is just one example of the amazing staff I have come to know here at Cogir of South Bay.

Desiree is an absolutely phenomenal Activity Assistant! She brings so much energy and creativity to our residents, consistently engaging My mother in law in games and crafts. What really sets her apart is her initiative in taking residents on off-site outings. As a driver, she ensures everyone feels safe, comfortable, and excited to explore the community. She is caring, reliable, and truly enhances the quality of life for the seniors here. We are so lucky to have her.

My mother recently moved in to Cogir of South Bay. The staff did an amazing job with helping our family setup her new place and they were very attentative to making sure all her needs were taken care of. Special thanks to Fabienne (the move in coordinator) and Gary (from maintenance) with getting so many things done so quickly like: hanging her tv, hanging her pictures, setting up tv/internet, and placing her rugs. My family and I could not be happier with the result!
