One of the great assisted living and memory care communities in our market. I loved how open, bright and inviting this community is. Even more so the same goes for Santine and Brittany who hosted us and lead this community.

I chose to move my parents to Cogir of Tigard in November. We were moving fast as the situation was deteriorating quickly for my dad who had dementia. The move fell apart due to a sudden decline for my dad, and Team Cogir went above and beyond to help me untangle the arrangements made with them to change to another plan for them in their home state. They were the absolute best to work with - very kind and professional throughout.

When we were searching for an assisted living for our mom, we wanted to be sure it was clean, provided excellent care and had good food. Once we took the tour at Cogir, we knew it was the right choice. We're glad we found this place.

Pretty on the outside with the nightmare waiting. The new Executive Director and director of finance do not care about anything but money and cost cutting. Filling beds. Not human beings. The care has left the building. The residents CAN NOT adjust their thermostat in their own room. They are locked to allow cost savings. The nursing staff doesn't care. To the point they tell a resident "I don't care if you take the pills or not." My mom had TWO black eyes and no one, NOT ONE PERSON, Deigned to contact myself or her other contact with this information. And with dementia, she didn't know what happened. It could have been staff abuse. But I DO believe the one staff member's account which was they believe she ran into a door in the night. It seemed that. But no one called me. I found out on FaceTime two days later and had a full panic attack. I had to BEG the nursing director, who the residents laugh at and make fun of because they say they thought she was a homeless person intially, to send my mom to urgent care. This facility will keep going downhill. The residents feel like they no longer matter and the staff no longer cares. Top down people. Top down. Do NOT move your loved ones here. My mother was there 6 months. And a "Founder's Club" member. Ask them WHY a Founder's Club member left. Because she needed CARE. I HAD to find a place that I knew she would be CARED for. And it isn't here.

Meeting Cristal R made our decision, easy to move our 95 year old Mother into the Cogir. From Tina the receptionist, the chef plus CAREGIVERS are all exceptional!
