Coleman Fields Assisted Living

This is the 4th memory care facility my mom has been in and I so wish I had found it earlier. The caregivers are loving and attentive, the building is pleasant and clean, apartments are spacious, and meals are nutritious and tasty. It's conveniently located right off the exit but still surrounded by nature with large windows and light. I am extremely relieved to know my mom is in excellent hands during this difficult time.

My mom has been very well taken care of. The staff is outstanding on the attentiveness to her needs. The food is home made from scratch. There are plenty of activities and live entertainment too. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a home for their loved ones!

I am a hospice chaplain and have been in many assisted living homes over the years. Coleman Fields Assisted Living Home is well run and maintained with the safety of each client as their first priority. I would highly recommend Coleman Fields to any family looking for assisted living for family members.

Horrible place to trust your loved ones with. They provide no services. No activities. They promise the world, but deliver nothing. They let your loved one sit in their room with no interaction 24/7. The manager lies to your face and talks poorly about staff. They don’t clean the residents rooms, wash laundry or change bedding unless they know you are coming to cover up their lack of care. Do NOT send your loved here!!

I would like to thank the nurses an aides for making my 93 year old parents an family members feel welcome!! This place is amazing!! My parents love it!! Beautiful, quiet, they love the food!!! All the residents i have met are amazing as well! I feel confident when i am not there they are in wonderful hands!! Thank you for giving me peace of mind!!! You are so appreciated!!
