COLONIAL OAKS AT BRAESWOOD

Upon walking into The Reserve at Braeswood I was immediately greeted by Ms. BJ, she was very kind and knowledgeable about the community. Once I started taking the tour with Cathy I was introduced to the Wellness Nurse Nadine who was just warm & inviting she shared many stories about her tenure over the last 13 years along with the many connections with the families and residents. I believe placing your loved one here under their care they will be loved and cared for as if it were their own!

The Reserve at Braeswood is a truly exceptional memory care community! The staff is outstanding—compassionate, dedicated, and always going the extra mile. From Grace, the Executive Director, to Nadine the nurse and her assistant Robin, to Dominique, the activity director, every team member plays a vital role in creating a warm and supportive environment. It’s clear they genuinely care for each resident. I’m also thrilled to see the community getting a well-deserved makeover!

The Reserve at Braeswood is getting a whole new look and I’m excited for the new look. I got a chance to tour with their new ED Grace, who was a joy to me. It was good to meet a fresh face and I think it goes without saying, She is beautiful, with a beautiful personality. The new owners knew what they were doing when they hired her. The resident seems more engaged. I’m looking forward to referring to this community and I’m happy I stopped by. #GoBraeswood keep up the good work!!

Dominique is truly one of a kind! She has such a warm, fun, and creative spirit that brings so much joy to the patients. Every activity she plans is filled with energy, laughter, and thoughtfulness. She has a special way of making everyone feel included, valued, and excited to participate. It’s clear that she doesn’t just see this as a job—she genuinely cares about each person and goes above and beyond to brighten their days. The patients absolutely adore her, and so do we! Dominique is a true gift to the community, and her passion shines through in everything she does.

The Reserve at Braeswood is a wonderful memory care community. The staff is kind and professional, and I really like that they’re always doing activities with the residents instead of keeping them in their rooms like I’ve seen in other places. Plus, having fall detectors in the rooms gives families peace of mind knowing safety is a top priority.
