The Reserve at First Colony is a wonderful place. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make the residence feel comfortable and supported. My mother absolutely loves living here from the delicious food and the daily activities to the friendly help she receives every day. The reserve is also reasonably priced for all the amenities.

I have had the pleasure of working with Reema, the Executive Director in the past, and I continue to be impressed with her leadership, compassion, and dedication to her residents. She is always looking for ways to improve her community and create an environment where residents truly thrive. The staff at Reserve at First Colony deserve equal recognition—their patience and daily commitment to care make a remarkable difference. Choosing The Reserve at First Colony was an easy decision for us. Four friends had already done the leg work comparing local assisted living and memory care facilities in Sugar Land. All four concluded that The Reserve at First Colony was the best fit for their mothers. Giving up her home in Arizona, her friends and her church was gut-wrenching for Mom. It took several months of adjustment. Now, Mom is thankful everyday for the thoughtful leadership, attentive care givers, planned activities and camaraderie of the community. The size of the facility is perfect. The single-story layout is easy to get around in. No steps or elevators! Three dietician-planned, chef-prepared meals are served in the sumptuous dining room that is flanked by two beautiful courtyards. Mom enjoys getting her hair done in the salon. She attends church services and Bible study there. On-site physical and occupational therapy--and daily exercise classes--help keep her strong and mobile. The Reserve at First Colony has had some illustrious residents over its history including a former mayor, a piano virtuoso and several centenarians. Ongoing improvements to the facility will ensure that it continues to be the best choice for assisted living and memory care in Sugar Land.

I’ve been to The Reserve at First Colony Assisted Living and I have to say, everyone there is so nice, professional, and truly caring for their residents. You can really feel the difference in how the staff treats people. One thing I thought was amazing is that they even have fall detectors in the residents’ rooms, which gives an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. It’s clear they go above and beyond to make sure their residents are safe and well taken care of.

I am a current resident of The Reserve At First Colony the staff is superb management is great and the food is fantastic. I’ve been here over a year and it’s been very pleasant and great 50-year-old man that’s about 6 feet and 200 pounds and they’re able to help me on a daily basis, great staff very friendly and kind very good director too. She’s on top of it and very receptive to new ideas and concerns. we also have a piano program every Sunday, which is very pleasant and entertaining for the residence! I love it here. It’s a great place for your loved one.
