Our family could not feel more blessed to have found Thousand Oaks Home Care. My mom is so happy here and truly considers it to be her home. The staff are very loving and compassionate and take exceptional care of each and every resident. It truly feels like a family and every time you visit you are met with warmth and a smile. The skill and professionalism of Thousand Oaks Home Care is exceptionally outstanding. Their ability to provide such loving and warm surroundings is amazing. The home is extremely clean. The staff is attentive and sensitive to residents' and families' needs, which is a welcome relief throughout what could be a difficult time. Very caring environment. Six residents at this location with 3 or 4 caregivers on site. Care givers live at the location in case care needed overnight. Very experienced supervisor handles the medication needs of the residents. My wife has advanced Alzheimer, they take care of her and provide very comfortable environment for her.
