It has been a great experience with staff members Shertina Mack. She goes above and beyond to get things done. Shertina we appreciate you!. Also keep up the great work Ruth and Christiana we appreciate you all for all you do. If the world could have more of you it would be a great place. Thank you

Since 2019 my mother has been a resident of this facility. There are few employees that standout to me.The nurses there Ms.Ruth, Ms.Christiana,Simon, and a few others have been great. they take very good care of my momma. there’s also A lady named Shertiana Mac who always greet me nd my family when we come in. She always asks how we are an how my mom is doing . She has a very caring spirit. The fact she is in the front and shows concern to my momma means a lot. She’s is very thoughtful.

Very nice and friendly place with a great helpers. Shertina Mack was extremely professional and helpful. I was completely new to the process of healthcare. She was patient, thorough, informative and sincere. I would have been lost without out her. She helped me with other inquiries around the facility. I would strongly recommend her. The center as a whole gives a family feeling!

This place is always welcoming. I've been here at 6:00 in the morning greater with good morning. My Dad is a man who has never been in a hospital. He has no complaints. I'd like to thank all from the front desk to the staff to the nurses God bless you for taking care of my Dad❤️

I feel horrible giving 1 star. I wish I could give ZERO. My boyfriend's dad was here. He had dementia. He had a seizure at home which landed him at Georgetown University Hospital. He was doing very well there. The staff there was so great. He got transferred to this house of death for additional PT. When he got here last October, he was on the up and up. Was looking good. Active, always trying to get out of bed, etc. Like I said, he had dementia, so he couldn't do things like feed himself among other things. He needed constant "eat your food, dad" from my boyfriend and hand feeding. He kept getting worse here, kept looking more and more like a skeleton. In January he was dead. I truly feel deep in my soul that this place starved him to death and I will die on this hill! They told my boyfriend cause of death was something about asthma. Hahahaha. Other than dementia and high blood pressure, he was healthy as a gd horse! No THIS PLACE MURDERED HIM! Please remove your loved ones. Stop giving them money. Shut them down! And no I don't wanna call your customer service or whatever to do whatever and yeah you better be sorry we had a horrible experience. Idk how y'all live with yourselves! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
