My 103 year old grandmother was placed here because she needed 24 hour care and our family was no longer able to care for her properly. When we came to visit, on more than one occasion, her sheets were soaked in urine and excrement, when asked about this, the staff became belligerent and angry. We immediately moved her (at great expense) and placed her back in her home. If you care about your loved one, you should place them anywhere but this place. We will be reporting to the proper oversight and for the sake of the remaining residents, they clean up their act or go out of business.
