COMFORTS OF HOME CHIPPEWA FALLS RCAC

I am very disappointed with the person who runs this place I couldn’t get ahold of my dad who lives here. I tried calling them No Answer. I came here and when I came here and ask the nurse where my dad was. They said no one called you I I said NO🤬.my dad went to the hospital the day before. I also I had to call different hospitals to find my dad because no one new were he was. Not very happy at all. So my dad could have died and I wouldn’t have known.

My father in law has been at comforts of home for several years now and we are so happy with the new director Autumn who has taken over. She communicates with us and always has time to talk with us about our dad. Very happy with the new management and quality of care he is now getting.

We’re very happy here especially with the new management under Autumn. The location near woods and the Chippewa River is great to go outside. The aides are great and treat us with respect and some have become friends. I’m not always pleased with meal choices with more cheese and pastas that plug our digestive systems but that’s because of my 50 years with MS too.

I’ve been visiting comforts of home for almost 5 years now and it’s always been delightful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean and friendly. I would recommend this place to people. It’s such a wonderful place! My children also enjoy visiting. The tenants all say what a wonderful place this too.

Called to see if there was any openings to find my mother a home. The phone was answered by the director (Becky) who I must say was very respectful and was very open to a time for a tour. When I did the tour of the place, it was amazing! The staff was all respectful, the room was nice and clean! Becky was very helpful in giving me the run down of the place and answering all the questions I had! I look forward to moving my mother to Comforts! Thank you lady’s for all that you do!
