COMFORTS OF HOME MENOMONIE RCAC

We recently moved my dad into COH after a fairly short time on the wait list. Mindy the manager could not have been more supportive, patient and helpful throughout the process, including holding his space while we completed the application process for a managed care organization. The staff have been proactive, friendly and highly service-oriented. They have gone out of their way to ensure my dad has what he needs, is meeting other residents and getting needed services on time and with dignity and respect. It's such a relief to know he'll be safe and has the opportunity to live as actively as he chooses.

Mindy and her entire team at Comforts of Home assisted living are top notch! We're so pleased with the high level of care, attention, and communication at every level. My dad is very comfortable with his new home; he receives the services he needs and is also respected. He loves that his new home is warm and inviting with lots of space for him to enjoy his day whether it's the sunroom, the library, the patio, or his personal space! Thank you Comforts of Home!

My mom lives at Comforts of Home. I am so happy this is her home. The staff is excellent: they are professional, kind, and attentive. The building is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Communication is top-notch in regards to mom’s needs, health, and daily routines. I highly recommend Comforts of Home in Menomonie for anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

My sister was a resident at Comforts of Home Memory Care in Menomonie for almost 3 years. During that time her needs advanced from minimal assistance needed to full care (for over 2 years). I was so impressed and grateful for the wonderful care snd attention she received during her entire stay. The staff and management kept me informed of all changes in status and were welcoming and supportive to me as well. I would choose this facility again and recommend it to anyone in the Menomonie area who are in need of care for a loved one with memory challenges!

My mother was a resident at Comforts of Home Assisted Living since October of 2019. In her words: "I love it here." She would let some of her friends know that they should come live there too! Mindy Johnson is such a caring and knowledgeable person at the facility. She would go above and beyond for my mother's and the other residents needs . The staff took such great care of Mom. My mother passed away on June 18, 2024. We couldn't have asked for a better place for Mom to spend her final days. So grateful for Mindy and the staff.
