I have to many assisted living places but none can match the homey feeling of Viva. The staff truly care for the residents and it shows in the way residents react to them, like they are family.

I love visiting my dad at VIVA. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The residents have a variety of activities they can engage in.

I cannot express my gratitude and praise enough for Commonwealth and the whole staff there. My dad has been a resident for about 5 months. They have restored my faith in elder care after absolutely horrific experiences at local rehab/long term care facilities. Jody, Colleen, and all the staff act as true professionals and take great care of all the residents. I was finally able to relax and trust my dad was cared for like their own family. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it. It’s smaller than some others and I think that allows for more hands on and personal touch for the residents and their families.

Everyone at Commonwealth was extremely helpful and accommodating during the move process. My grandmother settled in very well and is extremely pleased with her entire experience there. She receives consistently high quality care, timely attention to any needs that arise, and enjoys great food selections and wonderful activity programming. The family events are always fun and well attended. The staff take their jobs of caring for this vulnerable population very seriously, and as their motto states they “do the right thing”. Communication is abundant and I have never had trouble reaching folks when needed. I wish there were more than 5 stars - Commonwealth would get them all.

My Mom became a resident at Commonwealth Senior Living about a month ago. She is so happy there. She is constantly talking about how kind and helpful everyone is. She just goes on and on how wonderful everyone treats her. She is just starting to get out of her room during the day and meeting other residents. She was so used to being alone. Her table mates are wonderful. Every staff member always greets Mom and the family with a smile and a warm Hello. It is such a comfort knowing Mom is safe, well cared for and happy.
