Commonwealth Senior Living at Cedar Bluff

The folks are nice and friendly. However, her room is to small, her bed is rarely made and her room is a mess.

I’m so thankful for the care that my mom is receiving at Commonwealth. The staff are patient, kind and compassionate not only with mom but with me. I never have to worry about the care she receives when I’m not with her. They are not only care givers, they are my extended family.

We have been extremely pleased with our experience with CSL-Cedar Bluff. Ethan made the transition process flow so smoothly. He answered all of our questions and eased all of our fears. He had everything ready and set up when we checked our MIL into her new home. I say home, because this place has welcomed her and made her feel special. Everyone that we have encountered has tried to pay attention to the details and work with the special needs my MIL struggles with. I VERY highly recommend this facility!

I am very pleased so far with the care my Mother is receiving, she just moved in a week ago. Ryan and Ethan were wonderful in helping on move in day. They both jumped right in and helped get things moved in to her room and got her curtains and TV put up right away. The staff have been very pleasant and easy to work with.

I am pleased with the care my family member is receiving. During my visit, the food was well prepared and personalized to meet the needs of my family member. The staff was quick to respond with kindness to the patients. It was clean, and the outside patio area was very nice. I am glad to see a sign-in kiosk for security reasons. This is a wonderful addition since my grandmother resided there 5 years ago. It was easy to sign in and out. I felt it was a clean, safe, and caring environment for residents. Good job!
