Beautiful community nestled perfectly in the corn fields. As soon as you step inside your feel warm and welcomed. Carlette and her staff are exceedingly kind and caring. They provide top notch care as they treat each resident like a member of the family.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care and support my mother has been receiving at Commonwealth Assisted Living in Farnham. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and compassionate. The atmosphere is truly warm and welcoming. The environment is relaxing yet fun for the residents. The staff and community administrator, April Brown, plan fun engaging activities for the residents. Your loved one will not just be sitting doing nothing all day. This was important to me when choosing a facility. I am a former nurse who worked with the elderly population and look for details in care. The staff treats residents as their own family. Every staff member I have observed has been kind and caring to all residents. They are respectful, compassionate and well- trained. All staff consistently shows patience and understanding, even during challenging moment. My mother is in Sweet Memories. I have seen her approached with empathy and a gentle touch, helping her to feel more comfortable and calmer. The facility is always clean and well-maintained and the food is excellent. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of care and the positive impact Commonwealth Assisted Living in Farnham has had on my mother's well-being.

I had to bring my mom somewhere because of her advancing dementia and after going many ,many places I decided on Farnham Manor. I work in a nursing home myself and I've seen how grim memory support units can be, but farnam Manor is a smaller facility with better individual attention more activities and a real sense of caring. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home for their aging loved ones

The care from all staff was wonderful. Our mom was well cared for, always clean and dressed. They took the residents on outings. Do activities and games regularly with them. Very engaging and fun for the residents. The food is good. They hosted family events regularly and decorated the place for all holidays. Mom was in memory care for a little over a year. When her end was near, the support love and kindness shown to us was above and beyond. The staff was so kind and caring to us in this time. We are grateful to them all for their dedication to their work which did not seem like work when they cared so much. It’s their caregiver nature and they are in the right place to share that gift with people that need them. Thank you all for your support to our family and the dedication to the care of our mom. My mother has been a resident of Farnham going on three years. Month after month they have improved her care and even with the recent change of management to a new director, I am only seeing more attention to even the small details. Daniella has, through her direction, provided me paths for additional services while ensuring her and the staff remain on top of service providers ensuring top quality care for my mother. There is no where else in the country I would trust with caring for my mother like the Farnham management and staff do today. Thank you Farnham CSL and Happy New Year!!!
