Community Care Assisted Living of Virginia Inc. (Forest Hill)

The thieves in this building is at it again!!! This is the 3rd time my packages have been stolen!!! The first two times was my medication, so now I can no longer have my medication delivered. Now my package with my medical supplies is gone, I reported this to the property manager, they put up dummy cameras, but the thieves know they don't work. Everybody knows they don't work so it's not stopping the thieves. I have found other tenets packages left in the hallways, where someone(one of the theives) left them and i returned to the tenant who it belongs. Everyone here knows about the stealing that goes on here, and nothing is being done about it!!!!! How about installing REAL CAMERAS SO WE KNOW WHO IS STEALING, AND TRUST IT WILL STOP!!!!. This is a senior apartments, tell me why this is still happening? Evan the property manager know about this problem, I've talked to him about it, and nothing is being done!!!!!

I've been here since January 2024. I had no complaints until, I have BEDBUGS, I alerted the property manager, and I was told a exterminator would come this past Monday 5/3/24. We'll it did not happen and the property manager wasn't here either. I had went out to buy bedbug spray, and I told the property manager I did so, the property manager says to me I thought the bedbug situation was resolved. I made him aware the situation wasn't resolved and that a exterminator needs to come out!!!!! Im 70yrs old and NEVER HAD BEDBUGS, til I moved here. I leave messages and my calls are never returned, like today property manager left and never got back to me for a update or whether the exterminator ever called him back. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP!!!!!

My name is Lori Jones, I am a young looking age 56. My husband have seen The Arbors Senior Apts., from the outside, we drove by, we liked it. Aldi's, Wawa, pharmacy, and Walmart near by. I called yesterday 2-15-2023, had to leave a message, only got the answering service, but must have called at a busy time. We are interested in renting at Arbors Senior apts., or putting our names on the waiting list, if nothing is available(1bd rm). Thank you.

Great staff assistance while apartment hunting. Down side belongs to GRTC due to poor bus service, running once an hour at best.

I been here a dozen of times to service people's cable. It seems very clean & well kept. The staff is also seems pretty nice & all.
