The facility itself is beautiful: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with both comfort and safety in mind. It feels like home, and the common areas foster a real sense of community and connection. What truly sets Compassionate Heights apart, though, is the people. The caregivers treat residents like family, always taking time to listen, engage, and tailor their care to each person's needs. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed, involved, and reassured. Meals are also a standout: nutritious, delicious, and served with care. Choosing an assisted living facility is one of the most important decisions a family can make. We are so grateful we found Compassionate Heights. It has brought us peace of mind and, most importantly, brought our loved one safety, dignity, and happiness. We wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be truly valued and cared for.

Not only does it feel like home when you are there, but everyone involved is nothing short of amazing, from the care staff, managers, owners and house pets everyone involved is truly exceptional! I can guarantee your loved one will be in the best hands at Compassionate Heights!

10/10 recommend this facility!! Staff is absolutely amazing along with the owners. Being in an agency and traveling to different buildings, this building by far is super well maintained and the cleanest I have seen. Residents are top priority here and well taken of. Everyone becomes family the minute you walk through the doors. Danielle and Keri go above and beyond with this facility to make sure it is very well maintained and up to date. You will not regret bringing your loved one here!!
