CONTINUING HEALTHCARE AT STERLING SUITES

I recently visited a family member at this facility. The staff is very welcoming to visitors and attentive to their residents. The facility is nice and a pleasant place to visit as well as living.

Smells fabulous when you walk through the door! Director of nursing Brandi is awesome! Brittany Director of Community Engagement is wonderful!! Staff is marvelous and caring! Staff always have smiles on their faces! With the sweetest residents who enjoy there wonderful staff!!!

We could not provide mom with around the clock care that she required. So we visited and checked out several assisted living facilitys. But from the first call to Sterling Suites to get information to the tour and moving mom in the staff especially Brandi have been amazing! The facility is clean, beautifully decorated, with good size rooms and a caring staff. Mom loves her room and says the food is amazing, which we can verify since we have had dinner with her. They have house keeping, laundry, a hair salon, many activities and 24/7 care with a provider on call if needed. You can tell the staff really cares and gets to know the residents to make it a home. Brandi, Lacy, Maria, Nichole to name a few work as a team to provide whatever the family's and residents need. Making the decision to place mom in a assisted living facility was not easy but 3 months later we know that Sterling Suites was the right place for mom.
