Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care

I am so pleased with Centralia Pointe. Pam helped tremendously to help me arrange my father into memory care. The nursing staff worked diligently with my father's medical care team to get him stable in his new environment (he had a rough time getting acclimated due to his dementia). All the staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable. The price is fair. The staff helped me with this difficult process of entering my father from independent living to memory care. You all are the best!! :-)

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible staff at this memory care facility. From the moment my dad arrived, every single team member has treated him with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. It’s clear that the people who work here truly care about their residents—not just meeting their needs, but really seeing them, knowing them, and making them feel safe and valued. The caregivers go above and beyond every day. They take the time to learn my dad’s routines, preferences, and quirks, and they handle even the hardest moments with kindness and professionalism. They communicate with our family regularly, and I always feel confident that he is in loving, capable hands. Memory care can be overwhelming for families, but the staff here has been a constant source of comfort and support. Their warmth, consistency, and dedication have made a world of difference for my dad and for all of us. We are so grateful for the exceptional people who show up daily with patience, compassion, and expertise. They are truly the heart of this place. Our family cannot thank you all enough.

We used the two-week respite care program for a family member, and the experience was great. The facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a large outdoor pavilion, walking paths, and gardens that provide a beautiful and safe way to enjoy nature. The staff were caring and attentive, and the meals were genuinely very good. It gave our family peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such a supportive and welcoming environment.

I toured Centralia Point at a marketing event and was SO impressed. Not only have they remodeled the entire building, but the outside was redone too. Everything is beautiful and the residents all seemed so happy and engaged today too. Their marketer Pam is just awesome! I’m really looking forward to partnering with this great building and team! Anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care placement should definitely check them out!

Pam, the Community Relations Director was very accommodating and took the time to answer all my questions .The entire facility was spotless, with clean, well-maintained common areas and private rooms. I did not detect any foul odors. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which is so important in a care environment. The staff was genuinely caring. They took the time to engage with residents individually, demonstrating patience and understanding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home rather than just a care unit.
