A great place with loving and caring staff.

My experience with Lili Gardens Memory Care was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was their lack of transparency with families who are simply trying to gather information for their loved ones. When I inquired about the community, they repeatedly avoided providing clear answers about pricing and would not share basic cost information. For families trying to plan care for a parent or loved one, withholding that kind of information only makes an already stressful process more difficult. Communication was also very poor. I was given misleading information about availability, being told one thing initially and then something completely different later on. The entire experience felt disorganized and lacking honesty. Families deserve straightforward communication and transparency when they are making important decisions about assisted living. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had with Lili Gardens.
